Working with doing being becoming
Interested in working together? We’re looking for Occupational Therapists and Support Workers right now! Fill out some info and we will be in touch shortly! We can't wait to hear from you!
-
Doing Being Becoming isn’t just another healthcare service provider, we are a community of inter-disciplinary clinicians and practitioners. We’re expanding and we’re looking for like-minded and like-hearted folks to join our team.
About Us
After years of working with other businesses as a mobile service we found it can feel lonely and there isn't enough opportunity for further development of skills, especially in the areas of inspiration and interest.
We want everyone who works with us (staff and clients) to feel as though they're thriving and getting the absolute best out of their time. We're also keen to weave in other modalities such as bodywork, yoga or anything our staff are interested in, and we want to support this by creating time and space for you to attend CPD, as well as exploring and workshopping ways that you might augment your service. We are of the mindset people give their best when they’re inspired and believe in what they’re doing with their clients.
About you
We’re looking for unique humans that are passionate about what they do and care about changing people’s lives. You are as independent as you are a solid team member, and you want to show up to work as your whole self. At Doing Being Becoming we don’t hide behind uniforms and titles and our clients aren’t case numbers and KPIs. We’re all humans, relating. You will be willing to bring your excellent inter- and intra-personal skills to the table to help both you and us grow and thrive. If you have skills, practice and interests that fall outside of your degree, but you believe they are perfectly applicable to your clinical practice then we want to hear about it, and so do your clients.
